FuelPro Terms of Use and Controlled Beta Terms

Effective date: 14 July 2026 Version: 2026-07-14

These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern access to and use of FuelPro, including the authenticated application, website, controlled beta programme, support channels and related services (together, the Service).

FuelPro is a project operated by:

Pablo Benko Cerje Samoborsko 1/8 10430 Samobor Republic of Croatia support@fuelpronutrition.com

By creating an account, accepting these Terms or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What FuelPro is

FuelPro is a nutrition decision-support service for endurance athletes. It uses information about planned and completed training, nutrition, hydration, meal timing, gastrointestinal outcomes, weather and related athlete context to provide practical performance-fuelling guidance.

FuelPro's core purpose is to help athletes think less about day-to-day fuelling decisions. It does not plan training and does not replace Garmin, Strava, TrainingPeaks, a coach, a registered dietitian, a physician or another qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use FuelPro.

You may use FuelPro only for yourself unless FuelPro has expressly enabled an authorised coach-athlete or professional workflow. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

3. Controlled beta status

FuelPro is currently offered as a free, controlled beta service. Access is limited, invitation-based or application-based and may be opened in cohorts.

Because FuelPro is in beta:

  • features may be incomplete, experimental, changed, restricted or removed;
  • the Service may contain errors, interruptions or inaccurate outputs;
  • access may be limited to selected athletes, countries, sports or integrations;
  • FuelPro may request feedback, interviews or testing participation;
  • FuelPro may pause onboarding or suspend access to protect product quality, security or the beta programme.

Acceptance into the beta does not guarantee permanent access, future paid access, a particular feature set or continued compatibility with a third-party service.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials;
  • using accurate account and athlete information;
  • promptly notifying FuelPro if you suspect unauthorised access;
  • all activity performed through your account, except where caused by FuelPro's own failure to apply reasonable security measures.

Do not share accounts or attempt to access another person's account or data.

5. Performance guidance, not medical care

FuelPro provides general and personalised sport-nutrition decision support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance or medical monitoring. FuelPro is not intended to diagnose or treat eating disorders, diabetes, gastrointestinal disease, cardiovascular or kidney conditions, allergies, pregnancy-related needs or any other medical condition.

FuelPro recommendations are estimates based on the information available. They may be incomplete, inappropriate or wrong for your circumstances. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.

Before making significant nutrition, hydration or supplementation changes, consult a qualified physician or registered sports dietitian, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, have allergies or intolerances, have a history of disordered eating, are pregnant, or experience persistent or severe symptoms.

FuelPro is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112 or the appropriate local emergency number.

6. Your responsibilities as an athlete

You agree to:

  • enter training, nutrition and health-related information honestly and carefully;
  • check recommendations against product labels, allergies, tolerances and professional advice;
  • stop or modify fuelling if you experience concerning symptoms;
  • use reasonable judgement during training and racing;
  • avoid relying on FuelPro where a professional assessment is required.

FuelPro does not guarantee performance improvement, race results, injury prevention, gastrointestinal tolerance or any specific outcome.

7. Personal data and consent

FuelPro processes personal data as described in the FuelPro Privacy Policy.

Some FuelPro features involve health-related, nutrition, body, training, location or AI-processing data. Where required, FuelPro asks for separate consent before enabling those features. You can withdraw optional consent, although the affected feature may stop working. If you withdraw the health and nutrition personalisation consent required for the core personalised service, FuelPro may be unable to continue providing meaningful personalised guidance.

Acceptance of these Terms is separate from:

  • acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy;
  • explicit consent to health and nutrition personalisation;
  • optional Strava processing;
  • optional weather-location processing;
  • optional AI meal estimation;
  • optional AI Dietitian processing; and
  • optional analytics and masked session replay.

8. Your content and licence to operate the Service

You retain ownership of information and content you enter into FuelPro, including meal descriptions, notes, corrections and feedback.

You grant FuelPro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, format, analyse and display that content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and secure the Service;
  • calculate and display recommendations;
  • operate features you choose to use;
  • troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests;
  • evaluate and improve FuelPro in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups, legal obligations and information that has been irreversibly anonymised.

You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

9. AI-supported features

FuelPro uses AI only in limited, consent-gated workflows, such as meal estimation, voice transcription and AI-supported meal suggestions.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or fabricated. You must review them before saving or acting on them. FuelPro may allow you to edit ingredients, amounts, calories, macronutrients and other values.

FuelPro does not currently use identifiable beta-user content to train or fine-tune its own or third-party AI models. FuelPro will not use identifiable athlete information for future AI model training or fine-tuning without a separate lawful basis and, where required, separate explicit consent. FuelPro may use corrections and error information to measure quality, improve deterministic rules and evaluate the Service.

10. Third-party services and integrations

FuelPro may interact with third-party services, including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, PostHog, Strava, Open-Meteo, Google services and Canny.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. FuelPro is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data accuracy or decisions to restrict access.

Strava

If you connect Strava, you authorise FuelPro to retrieve the permitted completed-activity information. FuelPro does not write activities to Strava and does not intentionally store GPS routes, maps, polylines, streams or detailed coordinate traces. You can disconnect Strava at any time.

Weather and location

If you allow browser location access, FuelPro may use latitude and longitude to obtain local weather context. Location access is optional and can be withdrawn through your browser and FuelPro settings.

11. Coach-athlete sharing

Where FuelPro enables an active coach-athlete relationship, specified profile, training and nutrition information may be visible to the linked coach. FuelPro will disclose the scope of sharing in the relevant interface.

Do not link a coach unless you want that coach to receive the displayed information. You may end the relationship through the available controls or by contacting support.

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use FuelPro for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, code or data;
  • probe, scan, bypass or interfere with security or rate limits;
  • introduce malware, automated scraping or excessive requests;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use FuelPro to provide unlicensed medical treatment or misrepresent FuelPro outputs as medical advice;
  • submit another person's sensitive data without authority;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without written permission;
  • use FuelPro outputs or data to build a competing dataset or model in breach of these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

FuelPro and its licensors own the Service, software, design, brand, algorithms, content, documentation and related intellectual property, excluding your own content and third-party materials.

FuelPro grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the Service for your personal endurance-sport purposes during the beta.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Feedback

If you provide product feedback, suggestions or ideas, you allow FuelPro to use them without restriction or payment to improve, develop and commercialise the Service. This does not transfer ownership of your personal data or confidential information.

FuelPro may contact beta users for reasonable onboarding, support and product-research follow-up. Marketing messages require a separate legal basis where required.

15. Availability, changes and maintenance

FuelPro aims to operate the Service responsibly but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

FuelPro may perform maintenance, change calculations, update recommendations, limit integrations or remove features. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated where reasonably possible.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FuelPro and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@fuelpronutrition.com.

FuelPro may restrict, suspend or terminate access if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • your use creates a security, legal or safety risk;
  • a third-party integration requires it;
  • the controlled beta ends or changes;
  • FuelPro must protect other users, the Service or its legal rights.

Where reasonably possible, FuelPro will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-serious breach.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” and beta basis. FuelPro does not warrant that:

  • recommendations will be correct or suitable for every athlete;
  • nutritional estimates will match laboratory measurements, food labels or professional assessment;
  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
  • third-party data will be complete or accurate;
  • use of the Service will produce a particular performance result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuelPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or purely economic losses arising from use of the free beta Service, including lost performance opportunities, lost data, missed races, lost profits or reliance on an inaccurate recommendation.

FuelPro's total liability arising from the free beta Service will not exceed EUR 100, unless a higher amount is required by mandatory law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

19. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory Croatian or EU consumer law. This includes rights that may apply to digital services even when access is free and personal data is provided instead of money.

If a term is unfair, invalid or unenforceable under mandatory law, the remaining Terms continue to apply.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.

Please contact support@fuelpronutrition.com first so FuelPro can try to resolve a complaint informally. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before a court or authority with mandatory jurisdiction.

21. Changes to these Terms

FuelPro may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published in the Service.

If a material change requires new acceptance or consent, FuelPro will request it before continuing the affected processing or feature.

22. Language

The English and Croatian versions are intended to have the same meaning. Mandatory Croatian and EU law applies regardless of language. If an inconsistency cannot be resolved, the English text may be used to understand the drafting intent, without limiting mandatory rights available to Croatian users.

23. Contact
