FuelPro Cookie and Analytics Notice

Effective date: 14 July 2026 Version: 2026-07-14

This Notice explains how FuelPro uses cookies, browser storage and analytics technology. It should be read together with the FuelPro Privacy Policy.

1. Necessary technology

FuelPro uses technology that is necessary to provide the Service you request. Depending on your browser and authentication flow, this can include cookies, local storage or session storage used to:

  • authenticate you and keep you signed in;
  • complete sign-in callbacks and password recovery;
  • preserve onboarding state and selected account role;
  • remember welcome or interface state;
  • prevent repeated Strava sync prompts;
  • control weather refresh behaviour;
  • protect security and prevent abuse.

These items are not used for advertising. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the Service from working.

2. Optional PostHog analytics

FuelPro uses PostHog for limited product analytics and, where enabled, masked session replay. The purpose is to understand whether athletes complete onboarding, return weekly, use recommendations, encounter blockers and make supported nutrition decisions.

Optional analytics may collect:

  • an internal account identifier and account role;
  • page views and selected feature events;
  • broad device, browser and technical information;
  • masked interaction recordings where session replay is enabled.

FuelPro's analytics sanitiser is designed to exclude email, name, meal text, notes, macros, calories, detailed training information, GI information, Strava activity identifiers, invite tokens and other sensitive properties.

FuelPro does not use PostHog for advertising, retargeting or cross-context behavioural advertising. PostHog analytics and session recordings are retained for no longer than 30 days.

3. Consent

Optional analytics and masked session replay must not load until you consent. You may:

  • accept optional analytics;
  • reject optional analytics;
  • withdraw consent later without losing core FuelPro functionality.

FuelPro should record the analytics-consent version and timestamp. Rejection must be as easy as acceptance.

4. Session replay safeguards

Where session replay is enabled, FuelPro must configure it to mask form inputs and sensitive page content and must avoid recording sensitive network payloads, console content, URLs or query parameters.

Session replay is a product-improvement tool, not a surveillance or advertising tool.

5. No advertising cookies

FuelPro does not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising networks or data brokers in the controlled beta.

If that changes, FuelPro will update this Notice and request any consent required before activating advertising technology.

6. Managing choices

You can manage analytics through the consent control presented by FuelPro. You can also contact support@fuelpronutrition.com to withdraw analytics consent or request deletion of analytics linked to your account where technically available.

Browser controls can block or delete cookies and local storage, but doing so may sign you out or break necessary features.
